Endless is a London-based artist. His provocative and radical creations tell a story of our world that is bold and intense. Starting out using the walls of our nation’s capital as his canvas, Endless’s reputation has risen to capture the attention of its residents, foreign visitors and the media alike.
The public buzz around his work has snowballed, to a point where now iconic brands, celebrities and the art world all know his name. Today, Endless continues to devote a large portion of time to art on the streets. But his most exclusive work can be found in London’s most prolific galleries, as well as within the homes of the well-established.
Endless's work often provides an unfiltered insight into how aggressive brand advertising has taken society hostage, acting as the new unified faith across the world. One of the artist's most iconic works is the Calvin Classics Marky Mark, a tongue-in-cheek take on Mark Wahlberg's Calvin Klein advert from the 90s. In these pieces, Endless does away with the original Calvin Klein branding on the waistline, replacing it with the fake alternative Calvin Classic motif, a nod to the growth of the fake brand as mainstream society seeks to buy-into often unaffordable luxury fashion trends. For added impact the model is also depicted wearing a military helmet which enforces the ultra masculine aesthetics.
Contrary to the controversial nature of this artwork, the striking image raised so much public interest that Channel 4 requested to use it for a viral testicular cancer campaign called, Feeling Nuts. The image was also flagged by world famous UK art due, Gilbert and George, who used it in a collaborative artwork for a 2016 Singapore exhibition titled Utopian Pictures.
Endless has continued to evolve this image on the streets and galleries with dynamic poses while continuing the iconic style of the original work and conveying the same message. Endless believes this image speaks on many levels to the viewer and looks forward to taking this image as far as it can go.
